W HEREAS by a Proclamation dated the twelfth day PreamblE!. of' March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, made under "The .'date l!bresls and National Parks Act of 1906,'" the land comprised within the boundaries set· forth in the said Proclamation, situated in the county of March, parish of' Tuchekoi, being an area of six thousand five hundred and t>eventy acres, was permanently reserved and declared to be a State Forest; and whereas it is expedient that those parts of such State Porest being a total area of four thousand one hundred and ninety acres or thereabouts, comprised within the boundaries set forth in the Schedule to this Act, should be excluded from the said State Forest and be made available for selection under the Land Acts: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. THE SCHEDULE. THE GYMPIE LAND AGENT'S DISTRICT. County of March, Parish of Tuchekoi. Area: About 3,820 acres. Commencing on the left bank of Happy Jack Creek at the north- east corner thereon of portion 468, and bounded thence by that portion bearing south-easterly to a road and by a line crossing that road; thence by that road bearing south-westerly to a point east from the south-east corner of the last-mentioned portion; thence by a line and that portion bearing west to portion 1524; thence by that portion bearing south to portion 1671, parish of Kenilworth; thence by that portion, portion lv, same parish, and a line bearing east, crossing a road; thence by that road bearing south, about 32 chains, and south-easterly 35 chains; thence by a line bearing north, about 91 chains, to and across Blackfellow Creek (north'branch); thence by the right bank ofthat creek upwards 55 chains in a direct line; thence .by a line bearing south, crossing the last- mentioned creek, 50 chains; thence by a line bearing easterly, about 37 chains, to and across a road; thence by that road bearing south- easterly to Blackfellow Creek (south branch); thence by the right bank of the last-mentioned creek upwards to portion 454; thence by tbat portion north-westerly to its west corner; thence by a road bearing south-westerly and north-westerly to and across Blackfellow Creek (north branch), again by the right bank of that creek upwards to a point opposite the west corner of portion 435; thence by a line crossing the creek and by the last-mentioned portion bearing south-easterly to its south corner; thence by a road bearing north-easterly to portion 431; thence by that portion, a line, and portion 430 bearing north-westerly to the west corner of the last-mentioned portion; thence by'a road bearing south-westerly to a point opposite the south corner of portion 472; thence by a line and that portion bearing north-westerly to a road; thence by that road bearing so'uth-westerly and north-westerly to Happy Jack Creek; and thence by the left bank of that creek downwards to the point of commencement. Also,- Area: About 370 acres. Commencing at the north corner of portion 130, parish of Kenil- worth, and bounded thence by that portion bearing south-westerly, and by a line and portion 135, same parish, bearing south-westerly and south to the south-west corner of the latter portion; thence by portions 1610 and 6v, same pa'i-ish, bearing west 20 chains; thence by a line bearing north 35 chains; thence by a line bearing north-east about 44 chains to a road; thence by that road bearing south-easterly 7 chains; thence by a line crossing the road and bearing north-east, about 52 chains, to a point rtorth-west from starting point; and thence by a line bearing south- east, about 17 chains, to the pomt of commencement.
