TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 .26 July 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the National Taxation Reform (Commonwealth-State Relations) Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2000 commences. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the TT-Line Gaming Regulations 1993 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 5 rescinded Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded.
