TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 1997

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 .16 December 1997

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 1997 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the TT-Line Gaming Regulations 1993 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 5 amended (Prescribed percentage) Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs: (a) 17% in respect of any gaming other than gaming by means of a gaming machine; (b) 27% in respect of gaming by means of a gaming machine.
