AN ACT to amend the Trustees Powers Aet, 1931.

This Act may be cited as the Trustees Powers Amendment Act, 1935, and shall be read as one with the Trustees Powers Act, 1931 (No. 10 of 1931), hereinafter called "the principal Act."

In this section "trustee" includes a legal personal
representative.
