An Act to enable the administration of the Trustees of Show-grounds Enabling Act, 1909, to be transferred from the Minister of Agriculture; for this purpose to amend that Act; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 27th September, 1971.]

1.      (1 ) This Act may be cited as the “Trustees of Show- short title

grounds Enabling (Amendment) Act, 1 9 7 1 ” .	mencement
(2 ) This Act shall commence upon a day to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation published in the Gazette.

2. The Trustees of Show-grounds Enabling Act, 1909, is Amendment

amended by omitting from section two the definition of 15 ]̂ 90̂ °'
