IN ACT to amend the Trustees Act, 1900-1951.

[Assented to 9th December, 1955.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Trustees Act

Amendment Act (No. 2), 1955.

(2) In this Act the Trustees Act, 1900-1951,

Act 64 Victoriae No. 17 as amended by Acts Nos. 7 of 1927 and 38 of 1951 and as affected by Acts Nos. 10 of 1924, 4 of 1926, 9 and 10 of 1931, and 4 of 1935,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Trustees Act, 1900-1955.

2. Section five of the principal Act is amended amended. Cf. No. 38

by adding after paragraph (i) the following para-	of 1951, s.3 (c)
graph:—	Which added paragraph (1).

(j) in debentures or other securities which are

charged upon the property and revenue of

the West Australian Fire Brigades Board

constituted under the Fire Brigades Act,
