AN ACT to amend the Trustees Act, 1900-1955.

[Assented to 18th December, 1956.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Trustees Act

Short title

and citation.

Amendment Act, 1956.

(2) In this Act, the Trustees Act, 1900-1955,

Act 64 Victoriae No. 17 as amended by Acts Nos. 7 of 1927, 38 of 1951, 35 and 54 of 1955, and as affected by Acts Nos. 10 of 1924, 4 of 1926, 9 and 10 of 1931, and 4 of 1935,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Trustees Act, 1900-1956.

amended. 2. Section five of the principal Act is amended

(a) by redesignating as paragraph (k), the paragraph added as paragraph (j) by section two of Act No. 54 of 1955; and

(b) by adding the following paragraphs

(1) on deposit in the Savings Bank Division of the Rural and Industries Bank of Western Australia;

wealth Act	(m) on deposit in any savings bank business under the Banking Act, 1945 of the Commonwealth Parlia- ment or under any Act passed in amendment of or substitution for that Act.
