Trustee {Powers of Attorney) Amendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.          This Act may be cited as the “Trustee (Powers of Attorney) Amend­

ment Act, 1983”.

Commencement.

2.          This Act shall commence on the date of assent to the Conveyancing

(Powers of Attorney) Amendment Act, 1983.

Amendment of Act No. 14,1925.

3. The Trustee Act, 1925, is amended in the manner set forth in

Schedule 1.

(Sec. 3.)

(1) Section 67—

Omit “161 and 162”, insert instea'd “160 and 163c”.

(2) Section 78 (4 )—

Omit “1906”, insert instead “1973”.
