Trustee Companies Regulations 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .18 September 2006

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Trustee Companies Regulations 2006 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Trustee Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006 commences. 3InterpretationIn these regulations – Act means the Trustee Companies Act 1953 . 4Prescribed amounts under section 10A (1) For the purpose of section 10A(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $60 000. (2) For the purpose of section 10A(6)(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $65 000. 5Prescribed amount under section 18(4A)For the purpose of section 18(4A) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $500.
