I make the following order under section 4A(2) of the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .20 October 2009

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Justice.

(This note is not part of the order) This order lists MyState Limited as a trustee holding company in
