Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Trustee Companies (Designation of

21 March 2006 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1083

2.             The Act amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Trustee
Companies Act 1987*.

3.             Schedule 1 replaced

Schedule 1 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead —
