Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Trustee Companies

2.            The Act amended

The amendment in these regulations are to the Trustee
Companies Act 1987*.

3. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "AXA Trustees Limited.";
(b)	by inserting in its appropriate alphabetical position — " Perpetual Trustees Consolidated Limited. ".
