Trustee Companies (Designation of Trustee

Companies) Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Trustee Companies
(Designation of Trustee Companies) Regulations 2000.

2. Schedule 1 to the Act amended

Schedule 1 to the Trustee Companies Act 1987* is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting the following items —

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(i)      "Austrust Limited."; and

(ii)      "National Mutual Trustees Limited.";

and

(b) by inserting the following items in the appropriate

alphabetical positions —

AXA Trustees Limited.

LAMP Management Limited. "; and

46

Tower Trust Limited. ".
