TRUSTEE COMPANIES (DESIGNATION OF TRUSTEE COMPANIES)

REGULATIONS 1993

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Trustee Companies (Designation of

Trustee Companies) Regulations 1993.

Schedule 1 to the Act amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Trustee Companies Act 1987* is amended by —

(a)	deleting "Challenge Trustees Limited.";
(b)	deleting "Town & Country Trustees Limited."; and
(c)	inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following trustee company —

" IOOF Australia Trustees Limited. ff.
