504 Trustee Companies Act Amendment Act 1984, No. 49 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled , and by the authority of the same , as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Trustee Companies Act Amendment Act 1984. 2. Citation as amended . The TrusteeCompanies Act1968-1983 as amended by this Act may be cited as the Trustee Companies Act1968-1984. 3. Amendment of s. 45. Fee for work and services . Section 45 of the Trustee Companies Act1968-1983 is amended by, in subsection (1) (b), omitting the words " one-half of ".
