An Ordinance to amend the Trustee Companies

Ordinance 1947-1962.*

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Trustee

Companies Ordinance 1965.*

(2.) The Trustee Companies Ordinance 1947-1962,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Trustee Companies Ordinance 1947-1965.

2. The First Schedule to the Trustee Companies Ordinance

1947-1962 is amended by omitting the words—

" Winchcombe Carson Executors and Agency (Can-

berra) Pty. Limited."

and inserting in their stead the words—

"Winchcombe Carson Trustee Company (Canberra)

Limited.".
