HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Trustee Companies Act 1964, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Trustee Companies Regulation 1994 is amended by omitting from

clause 7 (2) the matter “’Schedule 1” and by inserting instead the matter

“Schedule 2”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to correct a reference in the Trustee Companies

Regulation 1994 to the schedule of forms (Schedule 2).

This Regulation is made under the Trustee Companies Act 1964, including section 37

(the general regulation making power).
