TRUSTEE COMPANIES.

No. 11 of 1962.

An Ordinance to amend the Trustee Companies Ordi- nance 1947-1961, as amended by the Companies Ordinance 1962.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Trustee shonutie

Companies Ordinance 1962.*	and citation.
(2.) The First Schedule to the Companies Ordinance 1962 is amended by omitting from Part III. the words—

" Trustee Companies Ordinance 1947-1961 | Trustee Companies

| Ordinance 1947-1962 ".

(3.) The Trustee Companies Ordinance 1947-1961,f as amended by the Companies Ordinance 1962$ and by this Ordi- nance, may be cited as the Trustee Companies Ordinance 1947-1962.

2. The First Schedule to the Trustee Companies Ordinance First schedule.

1947-1961, as amended by the Companies Ordinance 1962, is

amended by adding at the end thereof the words—

" Union Trustee Company (Canberra) Limited.

Winchcombe Carson Executors and Agency (Canberra)

Pty. Limited.".
