PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 2 of the Trustee (Amendment) Act 1993, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1993 as the day on which that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to appoint 1 August 1993 as the commencement date of the Trustee (Amendment) Act 1993. The Act enables a trustee to make use of the Reserve Bank Information and Transfer System to hold

or invest in securities which the trustee is authorised to hold or invest in.
