TRUSTEE ACT 1925—REGULATION

(Relating to A.F.G. Insurances Limited)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Trustee Act 1925, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Trustee Regulation 1988 is amended by omitting from clause 9 the name “A.F.G. Insurance Limited” and by inserting instead the name “A.F.G. Insurances Limited”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to to correct a reference in the Trustee

Regulation 1988 to A.F.G. Insurances Limited.

This Regulation is made under section 18 (3) of the Trustee Act 1925.
