IIEllEAS it is expedient that the various trust moneys from preamble.

| Supreme Court to | 1. After the passing of this Aet the Master in Equity the the Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates and the several Official Assignees in Insolvemw shall severally deposit the trust moneys in their hands respectively from time to time in the Colonial Treasury at such periods and under and subject to such rules as the Judges or any two of them shall from time to time make in that behalf And all such moneys resjjectively shall he held in the Treasury and he payable therefrom to the order of such officer or other person and subject to such n'gulations as the said Judges or any two of them shall from time to time make in that behalf. |
