this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :-

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Trust Funds Invest-

ment Act Amendment Act, 1926.

Amendment of

Section two of the Trust Funds Investment Act, 1924, is hereby amended by omitting the proviso, that is to say, all words after the words " Road Board," in subsection (2), to the end of the section.
