An Act to amend section 11 of the Trotting Authority Act, 1977, in relation

to the Trotting Authority Fund. [Assented to, 15th May, 1981.]

Trotting Authority (Totalizator) Amendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—-

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the "Trotting Authority (Totalizator)

Amendment Act, 1981".

Amendment of Act No. 57, 1977.

2. The Trotting Authority Act, 1977, is amended by inserting after

section 11 (2) the following subsection:—

(2A) There shall be paid into the Fund all money received by the

Authority under the Totalizator Act, 1916, the Totalizator (Off-course

Betting) Act, 1964, or any other Act.
