STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE WAR CRIMES ACT 1945.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Regulations for the Trial of War Criminals.
After regulation 11 of the Regulations for the Trial of War Criminals the following regulation is inserted:—
“11a. If any proceedings of a military
court, a document purporting to be a certificate under the hand of the
prosecutor or prosecuting officer that a person referred to in the charge was
at some time resident in Australia shall be
