AN ORDINANCE

Ordinance 1932-1943.
BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909-1938 and the Seat of
Government (Administration) Act 1910-1940, as follows:— 1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Trespass on short_title
Commonwealth Lands Ordinance 1944.*
(2.) The Trespass on Commonwealth Lands Ordinance 1932-
1943 is in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.
(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance,may be cited as the Trespass on Commonwealth Lands Ordinance
1932-1944.
2. Section three B of the Principal Ordinance is repealed and o„e]Sap^ing
the following section inserted in its stead :— an<1 massed " 3B. A person shall not, without lawful excuse (proof whereof shall lie upon him) trespass, or deposit a bicycle or other article, upon any lawn or other grassed area in any of the public streets in or immediately adjoining the Shopping Centres at City, Kingston and Griffith.".
3. Section three c of the Principal Ordinance is amended by Bicycles, *c.
