AN ORDINANCE
To amend the Trespass on Commonwealth Lands
Ordinance 1932-1937.
BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909-1938 and the Seat of
Government (Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:— 1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Trespass owstiorttitie
Commonwealth Lands Ordinance 1939. and citation. (2.) The Trespass on Commonwealth Lands Ordinance 1932- 1937, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Trespass on Commonwealth Lands Ordinance 1932-1939.
2. Section four A of the Trespass on Commonwealth Lands Animals
Ordinance 1932-1937 is amended by a d d i n g a t the end thereof the ̂ aying- &c-> Fa0nT°nweftltb
following sub-sect ion:— "
" ( 2 . ) F o r the purposes of this section the owner of a n an imal inc ludes—
(a> any person who has the care, cus tody or cont ro l of t he
animal; and
(b) any person on whose premises the animal is kept or
