REGULATIONS UNDER THE TREATY OF PEACE (GERMANY) ACT 1919-1920.
I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendment of the Treaty of Peace Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1920, No. 25, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 62 of the Treaty of
Peace Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (
“ (a ) one per centum on the gross proceeds of the sale of any real property:Provided that such commission shall not be charged in respect of the share, in any real property sold, of any person whose property, rights and interests are not subject to, or have been released from the charge created by, these Regulations;”.
