[1]     Name of Instrument

This instrument is the Treatment Principles (Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests) 2006 (RAP Schedule/Incorporated Documents Update) Instrument 2012.

[2]     Commencement

(a) Subject to (b), this instrument commences on the day after the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

(b) Section 1 of this instrument, as it has effect for item 25 of the Schedule 1 to be inserted in the Treatment Principles (Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests) 2006, is taken to have commenced on 21 December 2011.
