TREATMENT OF SEWAGE AND DISPOSAL OF EFFLUENT AND

LIQUID WASTE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Treatment of Sewage and Disposal

of Effluent and Liquid Waste Amendment Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

Regulation 23 amended

3.      Regulation 23 (1) of the Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent

and Liquid Waste Regulations* is amended by deleting "$25" and substituting

the following —
