[1] An application for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Treasury Wine Estates White Hills Vineyard Enterprise Agreement 2015-2018 (the Agreement) has been made by Treasury Wine Estates Vintners Limited (the employer). The application has been made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) and is an application for a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] The employer has provided an undertaking in response to a concern identified in relation to annual leave for 7-day shift workers under the Agreement. 1 I am satisfied that the employer’s undertaking addresses the identified concern and otherwise meets the requirements of s.190 of the Act. The undertaking is attached to the Agreement and is taken to be a term of the Agreement.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Act, as are relevant to this application for approval, have been met.

[4] The Agreement is approved. In accordance with s.54(1) of the Act the Agreement will operate from 1 December 2015. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 21 December 2018.
