TREASURY WINE ESTATES CENTRAL SA REGION VINEYARDS ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2014-2017

[1] An application for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Treasury Wine Estates Central SA Region Vineyards Enterprise Agreement 2014-2017 (the Agreement) has been made by Treasury Wines Estates Vintners Ltd (the employer). The application has been made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) and is an application for a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Act, as are relevant to this application for approval, have been met.

[3] United Voice and the Australian Workers’ Union (the AWU), being bargaining representatives for the Agreement, has each given notice pursuant to s.183(2) of the Act that it wants to be covered by the Agreement. In accordance with s.201(2) of the Act, I note that the Agreement covers United Voice and the AWU.

[4] The Agreement is approved. In accordance with s.54(1) of the Act the Agreement will operate from 15 October 2014. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 September 2017.
