1913. No. 297.

TREASURY REGULATION UNDER THE AUDIT ACT 1901-1912.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Treasury Regulation under the Audit Act 1901-1912 to come into operation forthwith. Such Regulation shall supersede the Provisional Regulation (Statutory Rules 1913, No. 119) under the said Act made on the 23rd day of April One thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Treasury Regulation No. 34 to be amended by the insertion of the following words after the words “telephone charges” in the first paragraph:—

“Fees for private boxes and bags and code addresses.”
