TREASURY REGULATIONS UNDER THE AUDIT ACT 1901-1926.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901-1926, to come into operation forthwith.

Treasury Regulations Under the Audit Act 1901-1926.

(Statutory Rules 1927, No. 158, as amended to this date.)

Treasury Regulation No. 67 is amended by the addition of the following Sub-Regulation:—

“(i) Freights paid to the “White Star Line Limited in accordance with the provisions of Clause 13 (a) of the Contract of Sale of the Commonwealth Government Line of Steamers.”

Form 5 is amended—

(a) by omitting the word “Clauses” and inserting in its stead the word “regulations”, and

(b) by omitting the column containing, the words “Treasury Voucher No. (to be entered up in the Audit Office)”.
