s1 2 s3 Treasury Legislation Amendment (Postponement) No. 284, 2003 Regulation 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Treasury Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2003 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, s 26 (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 28 November 2004. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the Treasury Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2)2002 , section 26. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 30 November 2004.
