364 Queenslan t ANNO TERTIO DECIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 37 of 1964 An Act to Amend "The Treasury Funds Investment Acts, 1958 to 1960", in certain particulars [ASSENTED TO 12TH OCTOBER, 1964] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. (1) Short title . This Act may be cited as " The Treasury Funds Investment Acts Amendment Act of 1964." (2) Principal Act. " The Treasury Funds Investment Acts, 1958 to 1960," are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) Collective title. The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively cited as " The Treasury Funds Investment Acts, 1958 to 1964."

Section two of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the words " the corporation hereunder of The Corporation of the Treasurer of Queensland ", where appearing in the proviso, and inserting in their stead the words " the corporation hereunder of the Treasurer of Queensland ". ' 3. Amendments of s. 4 . Section four of the Principal Act is amended by- (a) in subsection (1) omitting the words and quotation marks " by the name of " The Corporation of the Treasurer of Queensland " " and inserting in their stead the words and quotation marks " by the name of " The Treasurer o£ Queensland " and (b) in subsection (2) omitting the words " by the name of The Corporation of the Treasurer of Queensland " and inserting in their stead the words " by the name of The Treasurer of Queensland ". 4. Ratification . Every investment authorized by the Principal Act made prior to the passing of this Act in the corporate name "The Treasurer of Queensland " is hereby declared to have been an investment made under the authority of the Principal Act by the corporation constituted thereby and is hereby ratified accordingly.
