Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Amendment Regulations 2024

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 2024 to prescribe SEC Energy Pty Ltd, SEC Infrastructure Pty Ltd and SEC Victoria Pty Ltd as bodies to which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.

3Prescribed agencies

In regulation 5 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 2024[1]—

(a)in paragraph (a), for "(A.C.N." substitute "(ACN";

(b)in paragraph (b), for "(A.C.N. 104 780 056)." substitute "(ACN 104 780 056);";

(c)after paragraph (b) insert—

"(c)SEC Energy Pty Ltd (ACN 670 408 134);

(d)SEC Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ACN 670 408 125);

(e)SEC Victoria Pty Ltd (ACN 670 408 116).".
