The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
Federation Square Management Pty Ltd as a body
to which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria

Act 1992 applies.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.

3. Addition of a prescribed agency

In regulation 3(1) of the Treasury Corporation of
Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations

19941—

(a) in paragraph (zb), for "(A.C.N. 006 852 099)." substitute "(A.C.N. 006 852 099);";

(b) after paragraph (zb) insert—

"(zc) Federation Square Management Pty Ltd

(A.C.N. 085 731 479).".
