Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed

Agencies) (Amendment) Regulations 2000

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are—

(a) Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed

to amend the objective of the Treasury trustees; and

(b) to prescribe a further body and a trustee.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.

3. New regulation 1 substituted

For regulation 1 of the Treasury Corporation of
Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 19941
substitute—
"1. Objective

Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies)
(Amendment) Regulations 2000

r. 4 S.R. No. 32/2000

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe certain bodies and trustees as bodies and trustees to which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies.".

4. Addition of prescribed agencies

(1) In regulation 3 of the Treasury Corporation of

Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 1994,
after paragraph (za) insert—

"(zb) Property Leasing Limited

(A.C.N. 006 852 099).".

(2) At the end of regulation 3 of the Treasury

Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies)
Regulations 1994 insert—

"(2) Arada Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 085 731 442) in its

capacity as trustee of the Arada Trust is
prescribed as a trustee to which the
Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act

1992 applies.".
