The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed
Agencies) Regulations 1994 to prescribe further
companies as bodies to which the Treasury

Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on the day on which section 34 of the Gas Industry (Further Amendment) Act 1997 comes into operation.

4. Addition of prescribed agencies

In regulation 3 of the Treasury Corporation of
Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 19941,
after paragraph (o) insert—

"(p) Multinet Energy Pty Ltd

(q) Westar (Gas) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 089 008); (r) Stratus (Gas) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 089 099);

(s)	Multinet (Assets) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 088 967);
(t)	Westar (Assets) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 089 062);
(u)	Stratus Networks (Assets) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 089 142);

(v) Ikon (Gas) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 089 553);
(w) Kinetik (Gas) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 089 188);

(x)  Energy 21 (Gas) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 079 089 213);
