The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
Aluvic Metal Sales Pty Ltd A.C.N. 070 491 539
as a body to which the Treasury Corporation of

Victoria Act 1992 applies.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.

3. Addition of prescribed agency

In regulation 3 of the 1Treasury Corporation of
Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 1994,
after paragraph (n) insert—

"(o) Aluvic Metal Sales Pty Ltd A.C.N.

070 491 539.".
