AN ACT to make further provision for the signing of

Treasury Bills.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

1.    This Act may be cited as the Treasury Pills (Siyna- short titb.

2.    Treasury Bills bearing the signatures of the Agent Method of signing

General and the Accountant at the London Agency, in lieu ;Nirts"). under the authority of the Treasury Bills Act, 1893 (the Act No. 2 of the 57th year of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria), the Treasury Bills Act Amendment Act, 1897, and the Trea- sury Bills Act Amendment Act, 1916, for the purpose of raising a sum of money not exceeding Two million pounds; and shall be registered in the Treasury and by the Auditor General on the receipt by the Colonial Treasurer of advice from the Agent General of the issue thereof.
