REGULATIONS UNDER THE TREASURY BILLS ACT 1914-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Treasury Bills Act 1914-1940.

Amendments of the Treasury Bills Regulations 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the fourteenth day of February, 1966.

Form of Bills.

2. The form in regulation 3 of the Treasury Bills Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the symbol “£” and inserting in its stead the symbol “$”; and

(b) by omitting the words “pounds sterling” and inserting in their stead the word “dollars”.
