~ O E it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and ivitli J D tlie advice and consent of tlic Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the “ Treasury Bills Deficiency (Amendment) Act, 190L”
Amendment of	2. Section twelve of the Treasury Bills Deficiency Act, 1900, is amended by substituting the words “ one thousand nine hundred and two” for the words “ one thousand nine hundred and one ” in that section.

preamble and	3. (1) The preamble and section two of the Treasury Bills Deficiency Act, 1900, are amended by the substitution of the words “ seven hundred and fifty-five thousand one hundred and eighty pounds” for the words “ nine hundred and thirty thousand nine hundred and sixty-five pounds ” in that preamble and section.

Schedule. (2) The Schedule to the said Act is amended, and shall read

as under:—
