E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as "The T'I'easu1'Y Bills A.ct of 1901." Treasur;y Bits 2. Revenue Fund. of th 9 e ·S uUpproenmeprCooofurbtetihnagt manaydeT' roenasouaryth' B I b' lel fI.osrseuead . u T unddgeer PBriollvilsoisotn, s & c f ~ or this Act, the number and sum whereof is specified, has been lost or aceidentally burnt or otherwise destroyed before the same has been paid off, and upon such Judge certifying that he is satisfied with such proof, the Treasurer may cause a new Bill to be made out at the Treasury bearing· the same number, date, currency, principal sum, and rate of interest, as the Bill so lost or destroyed, and to be delivered to the person who was the holder of the Bill so lost or destroyed upon his giving sufficient security to the Treasurer to indemnify the Treasmy against any double payment if the missing Bill should thereafter be presented for payment. 10.
