AN ACT to apply out of the Public Account the sum of Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Eight El undyed and Thirty Pounds for the purpose of temporary advances to be made by the Colonial Treasurer.

E, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects, the Preamble.

Members of the Legislative Assembly of Western Aus- tralia, in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned; and do, therefore, most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
