Travel Agents Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Travel Agents Act 1987 .12 December 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Travel Agents Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 January 2006. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Travel Agents Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 4 substituted Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted: Schedule 4Fees

1.	Application for licence under section 19 of the Act	60
2.	Issue of licence under section 21(7) of the Act – for each place at which the applicant proposes to carry on business as a travel agent	250
3.	Annual licence fee under section 29(1) of the Act – for each place at which the holder of the licence carries on business as a travel agent	250
4.	Late fee incurred under section 29(8) of the Act	125
5.	Issue of duplicate licence under section 31(1) of the Act	30
6.	Registration of changed address under section 26(1)(a) of the Act	60
7.	Registration of new or additional address under section 26(1)(b) of the Act	60
8.	Issue of certificate under section 27(4) of the Act	30
