Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Travel Agents Amendment

2. The regulations amended
The amendment in these regulations is to the Travel Agents
Regulations 1986*.[* Reprinted as at 20 May 1997. For amendments to 10 September 2003 see Western p. 390, and Gazette 27 June 2003.]
3. Regulation 4B inserted
After regulation 4A the following regulation is inserted

4B. Prescribed activities and circumstances under
section 4(3)(c)For the purposes of section 4(3)(c), a person who carries on an activity that falls within the Schedule 14 definition of "travel related arrangements" does not carry on business as a travel agent if that activity is carried on in circumstances that are unrelated to other activities described in section 4(1)(a), (b), (c) and (e).
