Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Travel Agents Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1993.

Regulation 6 amended
3. Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended —
(a) in subregulation (1) —
(0 by deleting 1325" in the 2 places it occurs and substituting
in each place the following —

by deleting "$70" in the 3 places it occurs and substituting in each place the following —
" $72 "; and (iii)
by deleting "$488" and substituting the following — " $500
and
" $122 (b) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$690" and substituting the
following —

Regulation 9 amended
4. Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$20"
and substituting the following —

5. Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation
(3) (c) by 'deleting "$119" and substituting the following —

6. Regulation 11 of the principal regulations is amended —
(a) in subregulation (1) —
(i) by deleting "$325" in the 2 places it occurs and substitutin4 in each place the following —
