Travel Agents Amendment Regulations 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Travel Agents Amendment

17 June 2008 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2563

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2008.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Travel Agents
Regulations 1986.

4.            Regulation 6 amended

(1) Regulation 6(1)(a) and (b) are amended as follows:

(a) by deleting "$996" and inserting instead -

46 $1030 ";

(b) by deleting "$209" and inserting instead - " $216 ".

(2) Regulation 6(1)(c) is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting "$1467" and inserting instead -

66 $1517 ";

(b) by deleting "$209" and inserting instead - " $216 ".

(3) Regulation 6(2)is amended by deleting "$2 090 and inserting

instead -
" $2 160 "

5.            Regulation 11A amended

(1) Regulation 1 1A(1)(a)(i) and (ii) are amended as follows:

(a) by deleting "$666" and inserting instead -

" $1030 ";

(b) by deleting "$144" and inserting instead -

$216 ".

(2) Regulation 1 1A(2)(a) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$1000" and inserting instead - " $1517 ";
(b)	by deleting "$144" and inserting instead -

(3) Regulation 11A(3)(a) is amended by deleting "$1 440" and

inserting instead —
" $2 160 ".
