TRAVEL AGENTS AWIENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Travel Agents Amendment

Regulations 1992.

2.      In these regulations the Travel Agents Regulations 1986* are referred to

as the principal regulations.

Regulation 6 amended

3.     Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation

(1) —

(a) by deleting "$320" wherever it occurs and substituting in each

(b) by deleting "$69" wherever it occurs and substituting in each place the following -

(c) by deleting "$480" and substituting the following -

Regulation 9 amended

4.     Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$10"

and substituting the following -

Regulation 10 amended

5.     Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation

(3) (c) by deleting "$117" and substituting the following -

Regulation 11 amended

6.     Regulation 11 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation

(1) -

(a) by deleting "$320" wherever it occurs and substituting in each place the following -
